These Terms of Service govern the use of this platform and define the rights and obligations of the involved parties.
Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the platform functions made available through this website. Additional service-specific commercial conditions may arise directly between the end user and the responsible business.
The platform is technically operated by Maped Solutions (sole proprietorship).
The respective end-user services are generally provided by the respective client.
The platform may use a global base account structure for authentication and security.
Service-specific profiles, operational relationships, and functional records are maintained separately for each client or service.

- The web-based software solution for managing services and requests.
- Client
- The responsible business offering services to end users through the platform.
- User
- Individuals or legal entities using the platform.
- Provider
- Maped Solutions as the technical operator of the platform.
- Base account
- The platform-wide account that may be used for authentication, account security, and technical access administration.
- Service-specific profile
- The profile maintained within a specific client or service context and not automatically applicable to other services.

Service Description
Maped Solutions (sole proprietorship) provides the client with a production-ready software platform. The service includes technical operation, maintenance, and continuous optimization.
Making the platform available does not by itself make Maped Solutions the contractual provider of the services offered by the client.
Continuous Optimization
Continuous optimization includes technical improvements, security updates, bug fixes, and performance adjustments. Functional extensions require a separate agreement.
User Obligations
Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep access credentials confidential.
No misuse or unlawful use of the platform.
Compliance with applicable laws.
Availability
Maped Solutions (sole proprietorship) strives to ensure high platform availability. Continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
External Contractors
Clients may engage external contractors to deliver their services. The client is solely responsible for the actions and compliance of such contractors.
Liability
Maped Solutions (sole proprietorship) is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.
No liability for services provided by the client or external contractors.
No liability for data loss if appropriate backup measures were in place.
No liability for indirect damages or loss of profit.
Payments
If the offered services involve payments, invoices, or similar commercial arrangements, those matters are generally governed by the relationship between the end user and the responsible client, unless expressly stated otherwise. The platform itself does not provide payment services.
Termination
Use of a specific service or the relationship with a specific client may be terminated in accordance with the applicable terms and any service-specific arrangements. Terminating one service does not automatically delete other active relationships or other service-specific profiles of the same person. Details regarding data deletion are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with this platform’s Privacy Policy. That policy distinguishes between platform-wide account management, service-specific profiles, and other functional records with their own retention purposes.
Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated where legal, technical, or operational requirements change. Where required, users will be informed appropriately about material updates. The current version remains available on this platform.
